New Saturdays competition: Mollie needs YOU!

Today's exclusive mailer video comes to you courtesy of the lovely Mollie...

In the clip, she announces news of a brand new competition in which you, the fans, are asked to produce your very own 'mini Mollie movie'!

Up for the job?

Basically we want YOU to pick your all-time favourite Mollie moments - the hilarious, the random, the obscure - as captured in any one of our many Saturdays' webisodes.

Once you've created and edited your very own Mollie montage, then simply upload it to YouTube and email us the link to mollieneedsyou@hotmail.co.uk.

After she's watched all your entries, Mollie will choose her favourite clip. This will then take pride of place for all to see on Mollie's section of www.thesaturdays.co.uk!

Happy Mothers Day from The Saturdays!

It's Mothers Day tomorrow, so if you're looking for some last minute gift ideas, then the Sats have well and truly got it covered!

Here's their top ten suggestions for you to add some sparkle to your lovely mum's day...

1) Buy a photo frame and put a nice picture of you in it.
2) Buy some scones, cream and jam and make your mum afternoon tea.
3) Make some vouchers for her - like 'I will wash up', 'I will make the breakfast', 'I will babysit my younger brother/sister'.
4) Offer to give her a make over, paint her nails, do her hair, give her a foot massage.
5) Write her a poem.
6) Make her a slide show from favourite family pictures on your computer.
7) Make her a 'mix tape' CD compilation of all her favourite songs.
8) Rent her favourite movie and give her sole use of the remote for 24hrs.
9) Make her a photo collage.
10) Just tell her she is the best mum in the whole world and give her a big kiss!

Genius or what!


Rochelle's birthday takes shape!

Since our announcement of it in last week's mailer, Rochelle's 21st birthday book has been inundated with contributions from well-wishing fans!

That's a very good question actually.

I think you may need to look on youtube for them and then use something like youtube downloader to get them onto your pc.

Edit: if you type in something like "The saturdays behind the scenes on youtube, you can find alot that way. Or if you are looking for a particular one, if you find the name of it from the site and copy it into youtube, it may come up that way

I'm gonna try and do the competition. I haven't done video editing in a while so this should be interesting.

Can the videos be any length?, and does anyone know what the prizes are?

I get a "Delivery Status Notification (Failure)‏" email, when I try to mail mine in, so I think the emailadress ain't working.

Does anyone have the same problem?

oooh, i like this comp this week, i do love to edit video! will defo have to give it a crack, have quite a few sats vids on my laptop right now, will hold off on putting them on dvds methinks lol

I dont think some of the newer ones are on youtube, well I can't find any of them.  Anyone know another way to download them??
